ASSIGNMENTS

JOURNAL WRITING

  • Write at least one journal entry each day for the duration of the group program. (May include thoughts, feelings, insights, etc.)

 

MINDFULNESS

  • Practice a form of mindfulness meditation (sitting, walking, eating, etc.) for at least 10 minutes each day, five days a week.

 

MOVEMENT

  • Participate in one physical activity each day for the duration of the group program. (May include walking, jogging, exercise machine, playing a sport, etc.)

 

ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS

  • Additional assignments will be given throughout the program as each skill is taught.
